Return/Refunds/Exchange Policy

At   Collar & Sleeves, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you're not completely happy, our return policy makes it easy to address your concerns.  

      Eligibility for Returns    

- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.  

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  

- For hygiene reasons, socks, ties other products that have been worn or used cannot be returned.  

      Non-Returnable Items    

- Items marked as final sale or promotional items.  

- Damages caused by improper handling or use by the customer.  

      How to Initiate a Return

2.   Provide Details  : Share your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.  
3.   Approval  : Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.  

      Refunds    

- Approved returns will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  

- Refunds are processed within 5 business days  of receiving the returned item.  

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.  

      Exchanges    

- Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.  

      Shipping Costs    

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
